Fall Style Series Pt. 1

So excited to launch this Fall Style Series!

It’s time to share week one of my outfits from my fall capsule wardrobe! It’s crazy to me how much the weather has changed in just ONE week. My first outfit was for a 96 degree day, and we ended the week with a 70 degree one.

So far this capsule has felt really exciting, but I’m sure I’ll feel differently by week four. Or maybe not? Sometimes I anticipate getting sick of something and then never do… or I don’t anticipate getting sick of something and then can’t stand it! Funny enough.

I included a lot of dresses and jumpers as you can see, so hopefully I don’t freeze closer to November!

I’m not sure I’ve worn so much black in a row in a very long time. Which explains why capsule wardrobes are often so monochromatic! My wardrobe is usually much more colorful, but it’s nice to switch things up, especially during this time of year.

I spent much of the last week spending time with friends that I don’t see very often, and it was really nice to have cute outfits already planned in advance. I am always looking for things that help me stay in the moment in life, and this capsule has definitely been one of them. We tried out a few new restaurants and had a lot of ice cream together. It was one of those weeks that fills up your soul.
