I was recently in need of some inspiration and decided to go through my closet in search of something I hadn’t worn in a while.
In my search, I couldn’t believe I hadn’t grabbed this jumper by Christy Dawn in so long! I used to wear it so much that I felt like I needed to give it a break. Once you’ve worn something to so many major life events, you need to chill. And I didn’t want to get tired of it! But now it’s back in my rotation and definitely won’t be forgotten again!

I have this jumper in the Rust color, and I sized up for a few reasons. I’m not a mother, but I do think about having kids in the future and don’t want to need an entirely new wardrobe! Since this piece is super breastfeeding friendly, I sized up (I figured I’d appreciate that one day).
I already love wearing this when I’m feeling lazy or want to be cozy (but still put together), so I bet it’ll be something I wear constantly during pregnancy (tie waist!) and new motherhood as well. Also, I HATE when jumpsuits ride up, so I figured, bigger would be better (it was!).
I have been able to style this piece so many different ways, as you can see below (paired with some pieces I linked below, as well as a more affordable jumpsuit).
It even works with sweaters, making it a go-to item for fall and winter. Now that it’s spring, I am finding myself reaching for it again to style it with flats and clogs. It is definitely one of my most worn pieces of all time.
The fit is very flattering. It’s loose but not too baggy (hits my waist perfectly). And, it goes with basically all of my shoes! Bonus reason to love it: It has POCKETS! Are you sold yet?!
