It’s been a while since I shared some MUNDANE MAGIC with you! If you need a refresher on Mundane Magic, you can find that HERE!
Leave a comment with something seemingly mundane that sparked magic in your life this week!
Here’s some of the magic I’ve been sensing lately:
WATCHING: Sunsets at the beach π
I guess it’s not really fair to say that sunsets at the beach are mundane, but they are definitely something I didn’t appreciate enough before we moved from California to Kentucky. Now that we’re back on the coast (albeit, a new one!), it’s really fun to be able to walk to the beach in the evenings.
In November and December we were watching so much TV in the evenings, which can be pretty draining after a while, even if it’s my favorite shows. This has been such a lovely change in routine!
LISTENING: Changesπ
I can’t rave enough about the new Justin Bieber album (which you might have already noticed since I can’t stop using his music in my Instagram Stories!). I also love love love his Youtube docuseries! I love seeing people grow and experience new phases of life. Changes really seems to match mine pretty well!
SMELLING: Flowers growing in my neighborhood π
SPRING IS HERE! I’m so happy to see all of the colors popping up on our evening walks, and I absolutely love the type of flowers that thrive on the Gulf Coast. It feels so tropical, and I’m here for it!
I mean, just look at this!
DRINKING: Fruit-infused water π
These are all of the benefits of fruit-infused water. GET READY FOR IT!
– Detoxes your body
– Gives you more energy
– Enhances your complexion
– Improves your mood
– Increases kidney function
– Reduces cravings
– Speeds metabolism
– Supports hydration
I’m thinking of making a video sharing my favorite recipes. Let me know if that’s something you’d like to see!
USING MY HANDS FOR: Cooking π
I go through phases with cooking where I cook new things constantly for a few weeks and then spend three months making the same recipe every night. So I decided to try Hello Fresh for the very first time! I promise this is not an ad, since I haven’t actually tried it yet, ha! But my least favorite part of cooking is getting all of the recipe ingredients, so I’m hoping this encourages me to be even more creative.
Part of the reason I tried Hello Fresh is I used a code that made it cheaper than my grocery budget for the week! Here’s a code that will give you $90 off if you’re interested in giving it a try (I get $20 off in return)! https://www.hellofresh.com?c=HS-I8I5YCO6P&utm_source=raf-share&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=clipboard
