EEK! Fortress of Inca. I have loved this company for a LONG time! These shoes are ethically made, SO high quality, and extremely comfortable.
I’m so excited that they invited me to create The Chloe Collection – a selection of my favorite shoes with an added discount bonus! You can use my code Chloe20 for 20% off of ANY of these pairs! YAY!
I’m going to be sharing about the pairs I’ve owned and loved for years now (my first gifted ANYTHING was from Fortress of Inca!) as well as two new pairs that I’ve been wearing constantly. These shoes were gifted, but as always, all of the following is my true opinion. Here we go:
The Hannah Clog
These are soooo elegant and perfect for summer festivities. Even if we don’t have that many (or any) this year. If I had a wedding to attend on the horizon, I’d DEFINITELY wear these with a long flowy floral dress.
The cream color is pretty perfect for just about anything, which is exactly what I was looking for. I have two pairs of “formal” shoes that I have been wanting to replace for a while – These are so perfect that they actually replace both!
They are SO comfortable and I’m thrilled for all of the lovely, romantic outfits I’ll be able to put together for years to come! Like the rest of my FOI shoes, I’m a 37 in these!
The Rayna Sandal
I got these because all my other sandals are brown and I desperately needed a pair of black slip-ons for the beach! These have been absolutely perfect. I love slipping them on with my favorite black miniskirt or just wearing them with my bathing suit.
I am truly SO picky when it comes to sandals. I usually think they’re so ugly. I love how simple and minimal these are! They molded to my feet right away and have been great for daily wear.
The Alexandra Paige Boot
Wow, I don’t think I’ve ever received so much love about anything I’ve ever owned. I’m pretty sure that 90% of my Instagram comments wheneverrr I wear these are “OMG THOSE BOOTS!!!”
I got a 37 (I’m normally a 7) and freaked out at first because I could barely get them on. Now that I’ve worn them in, they are truly perfect, but they do take some time to mold to your feet!
These are the PERFECT fall and winter boots, but I wear them even into the warmer months. They are the everyday boots I’ve been dreaming about!
The Chloe Mule
My namesake shoes! I’m SURE they named them after me — kidding, but maybe?! — I wish I was that cool.
I had to size up in these at first, but they have stretched a bit. However, I’m very picky about my foot hanging over the edge in mules, so I really don’t mind having a little room.
These are great with everything and have made it in my suitcase for several recent trips. They’re the perfect balance of casual and professional, for both summer and winter. Very versatile. And of course they made it in my capsule.
The Adra Mule
My very first Fortress shoes! I remember when they first reached out, I couldn’t believe a brand wanted to send me something so beautiful. I told them that if I ever hit 10K, I wanted to do a giveaway with them and they kindly agreed. 🙂
These are the shoes my friends always borrow when we’re together. They are the most amazing slip-ons and so incredibly comfy… you wouldn’t believe it.
I love how they can relax any outfit without looking sloppy. I went with my normal size here.
The Salvador Pumps
Fortress of Inca‘s sister brand Huma Blanco has some absolutely lovely shoes as well! This classic and vintage style is so stunning and not my usual pick, but only because I don’t usually have anywhere fancy enough to wear outfits like this!
These shoes are really fun to style and dress up when I’m wanting to feel creative. I’m hoping that when the pandemic is over, I’ll be dressing up a lot more and wearing these to elevate some otherwise simple looks!
The Andres Sandal
Another pair by Huma Blanco that I LOVE! These are my other beach sandals when I feel like wearing brown instead of my black Raynas. The style is so unique and fun, and they’re super cute with distressed denim!
I love the cutouts on the sides. They’re really unique and look great with lots of patterns and colors! They feel so well-made, and I’m excited to wear them more and more as the leather gets softer over time! They don’t make it into my outfit photos as much only because I usually wear them when I’m heading out for a day without my phone!
The Rachel Sandals
Bad news… the Rachel sandals are discontinued! But I like the Hannah in black even better!
